According to the report Miss Kelly was suffering from a variety of mental health issues, including bipolar disorder, bulimia, and anorexia. She also had a history of drug misuse and had been a victim of domestic abuse. Depression, anxiety, and stress caused her symptoms to worsen. She was also diagnosed with bipolar affective disorder as well as schizophrenia-related disorder.
